      Dr. Andre is an established scientist with an international reputation as a leading researcher in breast imaging (particularly quantitative ultrasound, ultrasound computed tomography and computer-aided diagnosis), liver backscatter analysis and unique imaging instrumentation. He has extensive experience as a clinically-oriented diagnostic medical physicist, an educator of medical students, graduate students and residents, in the leadership of the medical enterprise and as a contributor to numerous societies and publications.
