    I work as a Postdoctoral Scholar in Genome Information Sciences in University of California (UC), San Diego. Additionally, I am pursuing Flex MBA program at UC, Riverside. Before coming to the United States, I earned my PhD from the University of Warwick, Coventry, UK; with Warwick being one of the top five research institutions in the UK.

    I am interested in obesity and related comorbid states including Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Cancers. My long-term research goals involve understanding existing and new diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers in diseased states, especially cancers, and related human health and disease states. I apply Boolean analysis tools in developing mathematical and computational biology frameworks in understanding the biology of human cancer(s), with an aim to devise improved drug, therapy, and treatment regimes for diseased patients.
