      Dr. Turk received her Ph.D. from the San Diego State University/UC San Diego Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology/Neuropsychology in 2012. She completed her internship in the UC San Diego/VA San Diego Healthcare System Psychology Internship program. She then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the VA San Diego Healthcare System followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in the UCSD T32 Fellowship in Biological Psychiatry and Neuroscience. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UCSD, and a neuropsychologist at UCSD Neuropsychological Associates and UCSD Movement Disorders Center.
