      Dr. Ellen Lee is a second-year T32 Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Geriatric Mental Health. Her research interests lie in understanding mechanisms of metabolic dysfunction in persons with serious mental illnesses. Currently, Dr. Lee is the PI of VA and NARSAD-funded research projects that investigate the role of adipokines in obesity, insulin resistance, and aging in persons with chronic schizophrenia.
