      As a member of the Division of Infectious Diseases, Dr. Wagner specializes in translational HIV research and maintains an active clinical practice at the UCSD Owen Clinic. In addition to teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, he also has experience in the design of research trials, molecular virology, complex data analysis, and peer-to-peer dissemination. He is passionate about leveraging research and education to promote better health among vulnerable populations within the community.
